We are a young energetic firm situated in Kempton Park close to Johannesburg and Pretoria.

Schalk van Dyk (the proprietor) graduated from the University of Pretoria (Tukkies) obtaining an LLB degree.  During 2004 & 2005 he completed his articles at a local firm in Kempton Park after which he was admitted as an attorney and practiced as such at De Klerk Mandelstam Attorneys from 2006 to 2009.  He founded Van Dyk Attorneys on 1 December 2009 and practices law under the name and style of Van Dyk Attorneys in Kempton Park.

Schalk enjoys all kinds of sport and is very competitive both on and off the field.  He is an avid reader and enjoys fiction novels in particular.
